How to make meatballs in tomato sauce in a multicooker? Prepare all the necessary products according to the list. For this dish you can use absolutely any minced meat (assorted, beef, pork, turkey, veal, mixed), I chose chicken. Take any hard cheese, I have Dutch grated cheese. Choose whole peeled tomatoes in their own juice. Take fine breadcrumbs made from white bread.
Combine the chicken mince (I have store-bought, but you can also use homemade) with the grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Stir to combine.
Add the chicken egg, Italian herbs, salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper and pressed garlic to the mixture. Stir the mince and baste against the sides of the bowl.
Form small balls the size of walnuts with wet hands.
Flip the chicken balls and fry on the same mode for about 5 more minutes. Use a special multicooker spatula to avoid scratching the bowl. The exact time and mode depend on the peculiarities of your multicooker and the size of the meatballs.
Meanwhile, peel the carrots, wash and cut into small cubes. If desired, you can still chop the onion and add to the gravy.
Transfer the fried chicken meatballs to a plate. Do not wash the bowl of the multicooker.
Pour 15 ml of vegetable oil into the bowl and place the shredded carrots.
Add the tomatoes in their own juice to the roasted carrots and sweat in the same mode for 2 minutes.
